Affordable Housing Programs

Home Energy Partners works with local, state and federal agencies to link low-income homeowners with affordable financing and grants for their housing rehabilitation needs. Each of these programs has different criteria on the requirements of the rehabilitation, the amount available and the income level eligibility.

Home Energy Partners, Inc. plans to expand their programs to include Acquisition/Rehabilitation/Resale for low and very-low income homebuyers. The homes will be rehabilitated to building code and energy efficiency standards and a financing package that is based on the applicants income will be created for qualified applicants.

Home Energy Partners, Inc. works with programs through the Kentucky Housing Corporation and USDA's Rural Development.
